General Clauses of Contracting

Unless an individual written stipulation is made, the shopping done in azaharafashion.es is submitted to the general shopping conditions contained in the site at the moment of processing the corresponging order. The formalization of an order entails the complete acceptance of these rules. The present buying conditions have been exposed in advanced with the proper conformity with the current law system.

If you chose to pay by a bank transfer, an e-mail will reach you with the requiring banking information so that you can make the transfer with the total in your order. Once we have received the transfer (about 24-48h.) we will procede to ship the parcel. If you chose to pay by cah when tha parcel gets its destiny or to pay with a credit card we will procede to ship it immediately.

Unless we do not have the item in stock you have just acquired, this will reach its destiny in 24/48 Hours if you are in Spain, 2-5 days if you are in other country in Europe, and 5-10 days if you are in another continent. If we did not have the item in stock, we would phone you or send you an e-mail with the aproximated shipping term (not usually superior to 4 days).

Shippings are made with the Express transport company Postal Express and Nacex or similar for shippings to Spain, Shipping expenses are free in Spain, 10 Euros in Europe. and 20 euro for the rest of the world if your order is over 300 euro it is 10 euro and if its over 500 euro its Free.

The delivery will be considered successful when the transporter had put the products for the disponibility of the customer and this had signed the delivery receive.

It is the customer duty to verify the products once delivered and to expose the complaints that can be justified in the delivery receive.

The delivery terms indicated by azaharafashion.es are just to guide you and we try hard to respect them. However, its delay does not imply any compensation.

Bank Transfer:

Cash on Delivery: You will receive in the indicated address your order, which will have to be paid at the moment of receiving it. Only valid for shippings in Spain.

Returns

azaharafashion.es will not accept any returns after 7 days since the delivery date.

If the return is made in this period, the customer will be charged with all the direct expenses of the return, not being considered part of the return the price paid by the customer by way of shipping expenses (return)

azaharafashion.es will not accept returns if the product is not in perfect conditions.

azaharafashion.es will not accept returns if the packing are not the original ones ot these are not in perfect conditions. The original packing must be protected so we receive it in perfect conditions being forbidden the use of any seal or any sticky tape in it.

All return must be autorished by azaharafashion.es. For that the customer will have to ask for the return of the item to azaharafashion.es by means of an e-mail indicating why you want to return it and telling the number of your order.

Once you the customer has received the autorization he will send the products to the address specified by azaharafashion.es. The expenses of this transport must be paid by the customer.

All the products have between 1 and 2 years guarantee depending on the product or manufacturer.

All the products to be fixed will have to have attached instructions as well as a written explanation of the damage or defect.

Shipping expenses are always paid by the customer, unlees he/she goes directly to the manufacturer instead of our shop.

If you come to our shop:

The detection and qualification of the damage will only correspond to our technical service.

In those cases in which it has to be substituted by a more expensive one, not being our shop responsibility, the buyer will have to pay the difference.

In case a an extra payment has to be done, this will not be in cash, the mentioned payment will be valid for six months.

In jewellery items

We guarantee that all our jewellery products are Gold of 18 ktes as the current law about precious metals says. Being all of them contrasred so that any misunderstanding can not exist.

An ilimited guarantee is given covering any manufacturing defect.

We engrave for free all jewellery items, just if it is indicated what we must engrave and the item surface lets us.

In watchmaking items

The guarantee in the majority of the manufacures we work with has risen u oto two years and it covers and manufacturing defect that coan come up.

All defects or damaging due to a bad using and the fading produced by a daily using are excluded out of the guarantee.

Therefore the guarantee does not covers:
· Batteries, cristal breaking, and faded strap.
· Damaging or fadings caused by a inproper treatment.
· Watch manipulation in another technical service or toolshop which is not azaharafashion.es

The guarantee, using instructions and boxes are the manufacturers original.

If you need we adapt your watch to your size.Try to take measurements of a watch you have with a metal strap, not skin strap.

We engrave your watch for free in the undercover or clase (depending on the model).

The customer will have the right to ask for a previous budget without any kind of expense or duty.

azaharafashion.es will be able to retain the product until all the reparing or manipulations expenses are not paid .

Shipping expenses must be paid by the customer.

In respect to any disagreement that could come up about the fulfillment or interpretation of the shopping deal made, or any of its conditions the parts are submitted to the courts in Barbate (Cádiz).

The nullity declaration of one or of several of the stablished shopping conditions, not essential, will not entail the nullity of the deal reached which will remain current.
